This web-based service is available to students and alumni of
the
College of
Agriculture
and Life Sciences. The database is
comprised of CALS alumni who have volunteered to assist CALS students and
alumni who are exploring career options, seeking advice related to a summer or
full-time job search, researching graduate and professional school programs,
and more. Follow the steps below
to start connecting with the helpful members of Alumni Career Link:
How to use the Alumni Career Link
|
 |
|
1.
|
Search the Alumni
Career Link database to find CALS alumni in your preferred major,
career field, and/or geographic location. It is easiest to start by using one
search criteria at a time. If you want to narrow the list, consider combining
search criteria.
|
|
2.
|
Carefully read the alumni profiles and
identify the alumni you wish to contact. You may request contact information
for six alumni at a time.

Current students:
There are two options for requesting ACL member contact information.
For both options, note each ACL member’s code number.
Then you can either complete and submit the on-line request form or stop
by the CALS Career Development Office in 177 Roberts Hall to complete and
submit an ACL Request Card in person.
In both cases, you will pick up the contact information from a CDO staff member
in 177 Roberts who will provide you with a profile sheet for each alumnus/a
along with the handout “Process for Contacting Alumni”.
Alumni:Note each alum's code number and contact our office by
phone (607) 255-2215, FAX (607) 255-7180, or email
alscdo@cornell.edu. The CDO staff member will complete the ACL Request
Card and provide you with a profile sheet for each alumnus/a along with the
handout "Process for Contacting Alumni"
